Buyer information consists of information provided by the buyer during the order. The name, surname, email address, and other contact information entered during registration are an integral part of this agreement.
Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital service that the BUYER has electronically ordered from the SELLER's website at clientflow.center, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation.

4.1 Payment Conditions
The service fee is collected at the price stated on the website at the time of order. All prices include applicable taxes.
- Payments are securely processed through iyzico payment infrastructure
- Credit card, debit card and other supported payment methods are accepted
- Subscriptions renew automatically (unless cancelled)
- Price changes take effect from the new billing period
- Price remains fixed during the current subscription period
Article 5 - Delivery
5.1 Digital Delivery
ClientFlow is a completely digital service. There is no physical delivery.
- Service is activated immediately after payment confirmation
- You can access your account through your web browser
- Activation information is sent to your registered email address
- Delivery time: Instant (following payment confirmation)
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Use of Right of Withdrawal
According to Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation:
Important: In digital content and services, the right of withdrawal cannot be used if performance has begun with the consumer's consent. By purchasing a subscription, you consent to the service starting immediately.
6.2 No Refund Policy
ClientFlow offers a FREE tier and 14-day FREE trial to evaluate the service before purchase. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
6.3 Cancellation Notification
To cancel your subscription, use the cancellation option in Dashboard > Settings > Subscription, or send written notification to contact@clientflow.center.
Article 7 - Privacy and Security
The BUYER's personal data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and GDPR.
- Personal data is used only for service provision
- Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes
- Secure communication is provided with SSL/TLS encryption
- PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure is used

Article 8 - Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of the applicable jurisdiction shall apply.

Article 9 - Effectiveness and Acceptance
This agreement comes into effect on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER. By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all conditions of this agreement.
This agreement consists of 9 (nine) articles and has been read and accepted by the parties.
