Using the AI Copilot
The Copilot (Pro) works from your real workspace data. It answers questions and drafts content; you review before anything is sent or saved.
Steps

Open the Copilot
Click the Copilot icon in the top bar, or open the Copilot page from the sidebar.

Ask in plain language
Type a question like "Who owes me money?" or "What's on today?" — it answers from your clients, schedule and invoices.

Let it draft
Ask it to draft a WhatsApp reply, a session note or an intake form. The draft appears for you to edit.

Review, then send
Nothing sends or saves automatically. Check the draft, make edits and approve — you stay in control.
Tip
The more complete your client and payment data, the sharper the Copilot's answers.
