Capturing leads with the AI chatbot
Embed the chatbot on your website to answer questions and capture leads, then work them through your pipeline.
Steps

Set up the chatbot
In the dashboard, go to AI Chatbot, configure it and copy the embed snippet onto your website.

Capture enquiries
The chatbot answers common questions and saves a visitor as a lead when they leave their contact details or ask to talk to you.

Work the pipeline
Open Leads to move each enquiry through New → Contacted → Qualified → Won.

Convert to a client
When a lead is won, convert it to a full client record in one click — no re-typing.
