Embed the chatbot on your website to answer questions and capture leads, then work them through your pipeline.
Steps

Set up the chatbot
In Settings → Chatbot, configure it and copy the embed snippet onto your website.

Capture enquiries
The chatbot answers common questions and saves each visitor as a lead automatically.

Work the pipeline
Open Leads to move each enquiry through New → Contacted → Qualified → Won.

Convert to a client
When a lead is won, convert it to a full client record in one click — no re-typing.
