Automating reminders
Automations send WhatsApp and email reminders on your behalf, so you never chase manually.
Steps

Open Automations
Go to Automations in the sidebar and create a new rule.

Choose a trigger
Pick when it runs — e.g. when an invoice is due, or an appointment is booked.

Add a wait and a message
Add a delay if you like, then the message to send. It goes out in the client's language.

Turn it on
Activate the rule. Reminders now send automatically — check the send queue anytime.
Tip
Start with an overdue-invoice reminder — it's the fastest way to get paid sooner.
