Automating reminders
Automations send email reminders and follow-ups for you — and WhatsApp ones automatically on Pro — so you chase less by hand.
Steps

Open Automations
Go to Automations in the sidebar. Each ready-made automation has its own card.

Pick an automation
Choose the one you want — for example a payment reminder, a no-show follow-up or a welcome message.

Set the wording
Open its settings to edit the message and, where it applies, the delay or channel. Add a version for each client language if you like.

Turn it on
Flip the switch. Email messages now send on their own; on Free and Starter, WhatsApp messages wait in the send queue for you to tap Send.
Tip
Start with the payment reminder — it follows up overdue invoices so you don't have to chase them.
