Managing clients

Your client records hold everything about each person — contact details, notes, payments and appointments.

    Click Add Client, or import several at once. Only a name is required to start.

    Keep notes and history

    Add session notes and files to each profile; past appointments and payments show automatically.

    Collect intake forms

    Send a custom intake form; submissions attach straight to the client record.

    Find anyone fast

    Use search (⌘K) to jump to a client, payment or appointment instantly.

Tip

Use tags to group clients — e.g. by package, status or referral source.
