3. Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation only stops future automatic renewals.

6. Data After Cancellation
Your data is not deleted when you cancel your subscription. Your account becomes "deactivated" and all your customer, payment, and reminder data is preserved.
- You can reactivate your account by logging in again anytime
- You can switch to the free plan (5 customer limit)
- Your data is stored for at least 12 months
- Contact support for permanent deletion
