By using ClientFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ClientFlow, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

ClientFlow provides client management and payment tracking services including:

Client/customer relationship management
Payment tracking and history
Automated reminders (WhatsApp, Email)
Analytics and reporting
Google Sheets integration

3. Service Tiers

Free Tier

  • Up to 5 customers
  • Manual WhatsApp (wa.me links)
  • Unlimited email reminders
  • Basic analytics

Pro Tier

  • Unlimited customers
  • Automated WhatsApp API
  • Advanced analytics
  • Priority support

4. Account Responsibilities

You Must

  • Provide accurate, complete information
  • Keep your account secure
  • Notify us of unauthorised access
  • Use the service lawfully

You Must NOT

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Send spam or harass others
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Reverse engineer the service
  • Scrape, clone, or copy the service
  • Circumvent security measures

5. Payment and Billing

Pro subscriptions are processed securely through iyzico.

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via iyzico
  • Prices displayed exclude applicable taxes
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancel anytime; access continues until period ends
  • All payments are final - no refunds (use FREE tier or trial first)

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by ClientFlow and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of data you upload. By uploading, you grant us a licence to store, process, and display your content to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Maximum Liability: Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

8. Termination

Account Deactivation

You may deactivate your account at any time via Settings. All your data (customers, payments, history) is preserved indefinitely. You can reactivate your account at any time by logging in again.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or remain inactive for 12+ months.

9. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us at contact@clientflow.centre to attempt resolution.

You waive any right to participate in class actions. Disputes must be brought individually. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year.
