We help personal trainers, tutors, therapists, consultants, and other professionals who work with recurring clients run their entire business from one platform — clients, scheduling, invoicing, inventory, team, analytics, and more. Our servers are located in Germany (EU); how we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
ClientFlow brings your whole client operation into one place: CRM profiles and notes, appointments and packages, invoices and estimates, two-way WhatsApp messaging, automated reminders, intake forms, tasks, inventory, expenses, team seats and permissions, and analytics across all of it. Recording what clients have paid is one module among many — ClientFlow is not a payment processor and never moves money on your behalf.
