About ClientFlow
The all-in-one Business OS that helps service professionals manage clients, payments, scheduling, and more. Built with privacy and security at its core.
Who Are We?
ClientFlow is the Business OS purpose-built for service professionals. We help personal trainers, tutors, therapists, consultants, and other professionals who work with recurring clients run their entire business from one platform — clients, payments, scheduling, inventory, analytics, and more. Our infrastructure is hosted in Germany (EU) on Hetzner, an ISO 27001 certified data centre provider, supporting UK GDPR and EU GDPR compliance as well as data sovereignty for our users.
Unlike payment processors, ClientFlow tracks payments made through any method—cash, bank transfer, credit card, or mobile payments. We give you a complete view of your client relationships, payment history, and upcoming obligations in one intuitive dashboard.

What We Offer
Behind ClientFlow
ClientFlow is built and maintained by a small, focused team that talks directly with the service professionals who use the product. We obsess over the everyday workflow problems our users actually have, and we ship updates quickly because there are no layers between the people making the product and the people using it.
