Export Routines

Exports run on demand — there is no scheduler and nothing is emailed automatically. For a recurring need, run the export yourself on the cadence you want.

Best Practices

  1. Regular Backups - Export monthly for data safety
  2. Password-Protect Exports - Add password to sensitive files
  3. Delete Old Exports - Don't leave sensitive data in Downloads
  4. Keep the Same Filters - Re-apply the same filters each time so exports stay comparable

Next Steps

  • Set up monthly exports - Schedule automatic backups
  • Create export templates - Save time on recurring exports
  • Share with accountant - Send payment exports for tax filing

Regular data exports keep your business records safe and organized!
