Growing from solo practitioner to team requires systems. This guide shows you how to onboard staff, delegate work, maintain quality, and scale without chaos.
Requirements: Team tier subscription, at least 1 staff member or contractor.
Roles and Permissions
| Role | Access Level | Best For |

| Owner | Full system access, billing, add/remove members | Business owner (you) |
| Admin | All operational access, no billing | Office manager, senior staff |
| Staff Member | Assigned clients only, create appointments/payments | Trainers, therapists, tutors |

Add Team Members
- Settings → Team → "Add Member"
- Enter email address
- Select role (Admin, Staff, View-Only)
- Choose access level: All clients, Specific clients, or Task-based only
- Click "Send Invitation"
Team member receives email with setup instructions.
Client Assignment
Manual Assignment
- Go to Clients → Select client
- Click "Assign"
- Choose team member and assignment type:
- Primary: Main point of contact
- Secondary: Backup or assistant
- Collaborative: Shared responsibility

Create rules to automatically assign new clients based on tags, ARPU, or location.
