Client management
Full client records with custom fields, tags, notes, multi-phone, birthdays, referral tracking, soft delete, and bulk operations.
Appointment scheduling
Single and recurring appointments (daily / weekly / monthly / yearly), no-show tracking, online-session URL fields, Google Calendar and iCloud CalDAV two-way sync.
Payment tracking
Manual entry of received payments (cash, bank transfer, card, other), installments, recurring patterns, partial payments, tax fields, multi-currency, category-based income tracking.
WhatsApp reminders (PRO)
Fully automated WhatsApp Business Cloud API reminders on Pro, Pro Duo, and Team. Free and Starter plans use wa.me deep links for manual one-tap reminders.
Automated reminders
Scheduled reminders via WhatsApp and email, retry logic, delivery status tracking, configurable intervals per appointment or per payment due date.
Intake forms
Custom multi-page form builder with 20+ field types, conditional logic, signature capture, styling controls, and per-client submissions.
Inventory management
Products, categories, stock movements, cost tracking, supplier relationships, low-stock alerts, and analytics.
Team collaboration
Multi-seat support up to 53 members on the Team tier with granular permissions, activity logs, shared templates, and shared customer views. Pro Duo supports 2 seats.
Analytics & reporting
Revenue trends, client metrics, collection-rate analytics, no-show analysis, custom reports, and CSV/Excel export.
19 languages
Full product UI translated to 19 languages with locale-aware routing.
Subscription billing via iyzico
Your ClientFlow subscription is billed through iyzico with 3D Secure card verification. Stored card vault uses iyzico tokens — no raw card data stored.

Native mobile app (iOS + Android)
React Native + Expo app under active development. Not yet released to app stores. Push notifications infrastructure is already in place.

This page currently renders in English and Turkish. Other locales fall back to English until proper translation keys are added.

Waiting on real users before publishing case studies. We've removed previous illustrative-only case-study pages from the sitemap because they were not real customer stories.

Online payment collection from clients
Today ClientFlow tracks payments you receive (you still collect via cash, bank transfer, or your existing POS). Direct online collection — where your client pays inside ClientFlow and the money lands in your account — is on the roadmap but not available.
SMS reminders
Currently reminders go via WhatsApp and email. SMS is planned but not active.
SSO / SAML
Team-tier placeholder only — not implemented yet. If you need SSO today, it won't work.
Custom domain + white-label branding
Team-tier placeholder only — not implemented. Current branding is ClientFlow-first across public pages.
HIPAA program (BAA, signed attestation)
ClientFlow is NOT HIPAA-certified and does not currently sign Business Associate Agreements. If you are a US covered entity handling PHI, ClientFlow is not the right tool today.
