Upgrading

Upgrade your plan at any time to unlock more features and higher limits.

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Review the price change and prorated amount
  5. Confirm payment (3D Secure verification required)
  6. New features are available immediately

Prorated Billing

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your current billing period. For example, if you upgrade from Starter ($15/mo) to Pro ($29/mo) halfway through the month, you pay approximately $7 for the remainder (half of the $14 difference).

What Happens When You Upgrade

  • New features are activated immediately
  • Storage limit increases instantly
  • Client limit increases (Starter and above: unlimited)
  • Existing data is preserved — nothing is lost
  • Your billing cycle date does not change
Pro Tip: If you are on the Free plan and hitting the 5-client limit, upgrading to Starter immediately unlocks unlimited clients and 500 MB of storage — the most impactful upgrade per dollar.

Downgrading

You can downgrade your plan if you need fewer features or want to reduce costs.

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower-tier plan
  4. Review what features you will lose
  5. Confirm the downgrade

Downgrade Considerations

Before downgrading, be aware of these limitations:

  • Client limit — Downgrading to Free limits you to 5 active clients. Existing clients beyond this limit will be preserved but you cannot add new ones
  • Storage — If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limit, you will need to delete files before the downgrade takes effect
  • Team seats — Downgrading from Team to a single-user plan deactivates additional team members
  • WhatsApp API — Downgrading from Pro disconnects the WhatsApp Business API integration (you keep message history)
  • Advanced analytics — Historical data is preserved but advanced charts become inaccessible

Downgrade Timing

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You continue to have access to your current plan's features until the renewal date, at which point the lower plan activates and you are charged the lower rate.

Payment Methods

Manage the payment method used for your subscription.

Supported Payment Methods

ClientFlow accepts credit and debit cards processed through iyzico, Turkey's leading payment gateway. Supported card networks:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Troy (Turkish domestic cards)

Updating Your Card

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription → Payment Method
  2. Click Update Card
  3. Enter your new card details
  4. Complete 3D Secure verification
  5. Your new card is saved securely

ClientFlow never stores your full card number. Only a secure token and the last four digits are kept. All card payments require 3D Secure authentication as mandated in Turkey.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, ClientFlow will:

  1. Retry the payment after 24 hours
  2. Send you an email notification about the failure
  3. Retry again after 3 days
  4. After multiple failures, your subscription status changes to "Unpaid"
  5. After a grace period, the subscription is cancelled and your account reverts to the Free plan

Billing History

View all past transactions at Settings → Subscription → Billing History.

What Billing History Shows

  • Date of each payment
  • Amount charged
  • Plan at time of payment
  • Payment status (successful, failed, pending)
  • Card used (last four digits)

Downloading Receipts

Click on any billing history entry to download a receipt in PDF format. Receipts include your business details, the amount charged, and the subscription period covered. These are useful for expense tracking and tax purposes.

Founding Member Pricing

Founding Member pricing was a discounted rate offered to early adopters. The founding window closed on 30 June 2026 and is no longer open to new subscriptions. New signups pay the standard rates shown in the plan comparison above.

If You Are Already a Founding Member

Your founding rate is preserved for as long as you keep an active paid subscription, and you are never charged more than the current standard rate for your tier. Switching between plans keeps your Founding Member status — you move to the founding price of the new tier.

Your exact rate is shown at Settings → Subscription. It is the authoritative figure; this page does not restate it, because founding rates vary by tier, currency and signup date.

Pro Tip: If you cancel and later resubscribe, the founding rate is gone permanently and you will be charged the standard rate. Downgrading to a lower tier keeps the status; cancelling does not.
