Each student has a monthly tuition amount, due date, and payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, cash) configured. Automatic reminders go out to parents 3 days before the due date via WhatsApp or email. When payment arrives, you mark it 'paid' with one tap. End-of-month dashboards show who paid and who's overdue at a glance.

Yes. The bulk message feature lets you send personalized WhatsApp messages to a filtered group ('SAT prep students', 'Tuesday lesson group'). Each message starts with the student's name — never appears as a generic broadcast.
